Some how it is clear to Musharraf that PERVEZ Kiani and US will not support his uniform along with simmering resentment of folks,
So he has decided to stand down as head of Pakistan's army and will become Husni Mubarak of Pakistan
Its pity that he will be sworn in under 1973 constitution, according to which he who puts this constitution in abeyance will receive a death penalty. If he takes oath under PCO, it will be non existent as soon as emergency is lifted so will be the oath of President, It is same as cutting the same branch of tree on which you are sitting. To avoid this he is taking oath under the constitution which awards him a death penalty,
as he is taking oath under 1973 constitution, it means it is still valid so he deserves a death penalty, and
it is the duty of armed forces, police, civil servants and other agencies along with folks to implement this law, are you people back in Pakistan doing your duty.

Magic of Musharraf, 1973 constitution is in abeyance and it is working at the same time.....what a joke....
